A very insightful presentation on Social Thinking Skills led by Mr. D. Sheehan, Additional Support Needs Teacher. He emphasised that teaching "social skills" is not enough. Often children must learn the why and how of their own and others' abilities to process information, which must be explicitly taught to them.
