We are delighted to share some initial concepts of the NAIS Dublin school campus building.
Nord Anglia International School Dublin will boast state of the art facilities in the heart of Leopardstown and only 6 miles from the City.
Our campus has been designed and created for the future of learning. In a former Microsoft building, the school is in the centre of a technology hub and will make full use of this with technology integration embedded throughout the school.
Our Performing Arts areas, designed in collaboration with The Juilliard School, include an auditorium, dance studio, as well as various keyboard and string laboratories to complement our exciting music curriculum too.
We will have modern and purpose built Design Technology classrooms with maker spaces, CAD Lab Studios and 3D printing. In addition, we will have technology suites and hubs for interactive digital learning.
Our students will learn about Biology, Chemistry and Physics in our Science centre, with laboratory spaces and student centered forums fully equipped with cutting-edge apparatus and practical resources to engage students in experimental scientific investigations.
Our Dining Hall and Kitchen will be available to all students and staff and will offer a variety of healthy food and drinks choices. In addition to this, our Parent Hub Café will be open throughout the school day, serving nutritious food and drinks to students, staff and parents. It will also be open for early morning drop-off and after school for the extra-curricular programme.
A multi-purpose astro turf pitch will be built on the school campus. Our Sports facilities will allow students to try out a wide range of sports throughout the year. Students can also make use of our dance studio and fully equipped fitness center.
Our early years environment will be specifically designed to enable students to explore, experiment, discover, take risks and apply their learning in different contexts. Spaces are designed to allow students to make personal choices, realize their personal interests and experience the outcomes of their decisions.
Development of the campus will begin in January and will be ready for the school opening in September 2018.
