Assistant Head EYFS Krylatskoe and Rosinka
Stacey Scales - Stacey Scales

Stacey began teaching in 2017 and has had experiences supporting young learners in China, the United Kingdom and Singapore. Stacey relocated to Moscow from Shanghai in August 2020 to further develop her career in international education.

Stacey believes that a child’s earliest experiences of school should be exciting and full of opportunities to investigate the world around them. She feels that these experiences are imperative in developing a life-long love of learning. Stacey also recognises the importance of a culturally-immersive approach to education, like that offered at the International School of Moscow.

As an Assistant Head, Stacey provides pastoral care and support to children and families in both Nursery and Reception classes. She also regularly keeps up to date with changes in the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and developments in best early years practice and innovation.

Away from school, Stacey is an keen reader and particularly enjoys Japanese and Korean literature. She also enjoys travelling as much as possible and spending time with her young niece.
