David Northall

Year 2 Teacher

David began teaching in 2019 and he is extremely passionate about education and inspiring future generations. Thus far, David has taught in the United Kingdom, Russia (Saint Petersburg and Moscow), and the United Arab Emirates. With a particular interest in teaching Key Stage 1, David has been teaching Year 1 or Year 2 for the past 4 years.

 

David has a clear vision that education should be engaging, holistic, and most importantly, fun! David firmly believes in listening to the individual needs of each student and catering his approach to meet those needs. David's enthusiasm for education is truly infectious. His positivity, engaging teaching style and boundless energy inspires curiosity and an eagerness to learn in his pupils. David fosters an inclusive and accepting atmosphere, allowing students to feel valued and respected. David's exemplary dedication enables each student to unlock their full potential, as he readily provides them with the necessary tools and guidance to succeed.

 

Outside of school, David enjoys travelling and seeing as much of the world as possible. David thoroughly enjoys going to the gym and partaking in other sports. His main sporting interests include football, basketball, baseball, American football, and tennis. David is a huge supporter of Manchester United (unfortunately) and follows his hometown club Wrexham AFC.

BA (Hons) in Education Studies with English Language (University of Chester)
PGCE in Primary Education (University of Chester)
