He gave us a lecture on the eye and optical illusions. We already knew some things because we had made a report on the eye at the beginning of the year but his intervention to complete our acquired.
He began by explaining the anatomy of the eye, the path of light in the eye, the role of the retina to end the relationship with the eye and the brain.
Then he exposed us to diseases such as color blindness but also cataracts, AMD, Glaucoma, etc. He also explained to us all ametropia and their optical treatments.
He ended his lecture by showing us some illusions of optics and also painters like Van Gogh or Claude Monnet and their optical diseases.
This visit has been very informative and we now know more about the eye.
We warmly thank Dr. LAMBIEL for his conference, his kindness and his availability.
