ADDITIONAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

In addition to your form and documents, your child’s current school will need to fill in our Confidential Report form. Prospective boarding students, meanwhile, need to complete a video questionnaire.

We may ask your child to take an online English placement test before we accept their application. This is designed to give us an insight into their proficiency and helps us to identify which programme will suit them best. We offer an English as an Additional Language (EAL) programme for students who need help getting up to speed.

To complete your application, you'll pay a non-refundable application fee of CHF 500 per student (pay here for 1 child / 2 children / 3 children / 4 children / 5 children).

OFFERING YOUR CHILD A PLACE

Our academic and pastoral teams will review your application, which takes five working days. If applicable, they’ll also confirm whether your child needs any additional learning support. Successful applicants will then receive a letter offering them a place at Collège du Léman.

THE ENROLMENT PROCESS

After you’ve accepted the offer, we’ll formally enrol your child. You’ll need to login to our electronic enrolment system and agree to our Tuition Summary, which outlines our services and associated fees. This is a binding contract.

Once enrolment is complete, our finance team will send you three invoices, which you’ll need to pay within 14 days. As soon as we’ve received payment, we’ll confirm your child’s start date. We’ll also send you a welcome pack containing all the information you need to prepare for their first day.
To enrol, you'll need to pay:
  • A non-refundable admission fee.
  • A refundable deposit.
  • An advance on the coming year’s fees.
