Summer Camp Fees
- 2 weeks boarding camp - CHF 6'250
- 2 weeks day camp (other arrangements upon request) - CHF 3'250.
- Illness and accident insurance:
- Compulsory for all the students except those whose parents are resident in Switzerland. In this case, a copy of the insurance policy must be sent with the registration form - CHF 250.
Fee for Boarding includes
- Transfer from/to Geneva airport:
- Monday arrival, flight arrival time 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Sunday departure, flight departure time: 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
- An additional fee applies if arrival/departure from different day/hour.
- Accommodation for boarders with 2 or 3 beds per room
- Full board: all meals and snacks, bed linen and towels
- All organized activities and transfers
- Laundry (once during camp)
- Medical nurse on campus
- A souvenir T-shirt
Fee for Day Camp includes
- Lunch and snacks
- Morning Leadership Workshops
- Nurse on campus
- All organised activities and transfers from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- A souvenir T-shirt
Additional Fees
- Arrival on Sunday (airport pick-up, meal, andmnight) - CHF 250.
- Arrival/departure to/from Geneva airport, outside of pick up/drop off hour - CHF 250.
- Unaccompanied minor service per travel - CHF 100.
- Night on the mountain for day student (includes accommodation, transport, activities, and breakfast) - CHF 250.
- Evening activity for day students (includes meal, activity, transport) - CHF 75.
For pocket money, we recommend CHF 150. - per week.
Any additional fees must be paid in advance of the arrival of the child or before the time of leaving.
Payment Terms
CHF 1000.- down payment upon registration is non-refundable. The remaining camp fees are due by the 1st of March.

Registrations passed this date will require immediate payments of the full amount.
We reserve the right to cancel the registration if no payment is
received.
Cancellation Policy
- The initial payment of CHF 1,000 is non-refundable.
- If a cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to the camp: 50% cancellation fee.
- If a cancellation is made 59 days or fewer before the camp: None of the camp fees will be refunded.
- The cancellation fee applies in all cases, including illness or Visa problems.
- You have the possibility to subscribe to a private cancellation insurance.
- No refund is made for a shortened stay, missed activities or classes, withdrawal, or dismissal during the camp, including health-related departures.
- Registration is confirmed once the total amount is credited to our account.

Visas
Parents must make sure that the student’s passport is valid and has a visa for Switzerland for the whole duration of the camp.
Responsibility for damage or loss
Parents are financially responsible for any damage caused by their child during the camp. The school reserves the right to issue an invoice for any damages after checkout. Collège Champittet is not liable for accidents or damage to
property incurred by campers,however so caused. The camp doesn’t accept responsibility for accidents, injuries or damage to property caused by a student to a third party. Campers are responsible for their belongings while at summer
camp. The school doesn’t accept any responsibility in the case of the loss or theft of money, jewelry, items of clothing and/or other valuable objects which have not been explicitly entrusted to the safekeeping of the school.
Behavior and Conduct
Campers are expected to act responsibly and adhere to the Summer Camp rules. The Camp Director will address persistent behavioral issues and may be escalated to the Head of School. Colllège Champittet reserves the right to search a
camper's room or conduct a breathalyzer test for alcohol if deemed necessary by the Summer Camp Director for disciplinary reasons. Additionally, the school reserves the right to test a camper for drugs if required by the Head of
School, who will make reasonable efforts to contact parents beforehand.
Serious or repeated violations of camp rules, including but not limited to the use of alcohol or drugs, may result in immediate expulsion from the camp at the sole discretion of the Head of School. In such cases, no refunds will
be issued, all fees remain payable to the school, and parents will be responsible for arranging immediate supervision and pickup of the camper.
Medical
Parents are required to complete the medical form. They also declare on their honor that they have informed the school explicitly and exhaustively of their child's physical and psychological health. This includes hospitalizations,
serious medical treatments, psychological or psychiatric follow-up, as well as possible behavioral problems and legal matters.
Alterations to Programme
Collège Champittet offers a wide range of activities for the campers. The published programme is for guidance and changes might occur for logistic or meteorological reasons.

In case of litigation, the competent Tribunal is in Lausanne. By registering a child, parents accept all the above conditions.
