Our personalised approach to Primary education helps our students flourish as individuals, showcase their creativity, discover more about the world, and improve their language skills. As well as developing our students’ literacy, numeracy, and social skills, our curriculum also focuses on helping the child explore and develop their artistic and creative talents, through learning activities in music, drama, and performing arts.
In this article, we would like to share with our parents what activities the Primary students will participate in an academic year.
PERFORMING AT THE PRIMARY MUSICAL THEATRE
As an annual learning activity under the direction and support of our dedicated Music and Performing Arts teachers, Primary students are encouraged to try and show their performing skills, including singing, dancing, and coordinating with their peers on their first musical stage in front of hundreds of audiences. PARTICIPATING IN THE PRIMARY MUSIC LIVE LUNCH
Each term, our Primary students will have an opportunity to show their musical talents and skills, including singing and playing musical instruments, through their favourite pieces of music, from classical to modern, in the Music Live Lunch, which is live broadcasted on the School's Facebook Page. This is an opportunity for children to share their passion for music, challenge themselves to perform in front of hundreds of online audiences, and also reflect their learning through music.
