Admissions Open 2025-2026
At BVIS, students are prepared for the application to university very soon, since their Year 11 or 12. This partly explains why 100% BVIS students are welcomed by international schools.
1. Visit Campuses
Attending campus tour, meeting and asking current students/staffs can help you decide if a university is the right destination for you. This activity should be done in the very first stage of considering university choices like Year 11 or 12 at Secondary school. You don’t want to be disappointed then have to consider another university at the last minute, do you?
2. Learn about Admission Requirements
You might not sure what you want to study at university yet, but it’s never too early to start looking at required courses for programs. By doing that, you can focus on the right subjects among many in the curriculum. Keep as many doors open as possible!
3. Try a University Course
Some universities offer the tuition-free course for high-achieving students who are selected through an application process.
BVIS Year 12 students did give it a go, becoming a student at the British University Vietnam (BUV) for one day. They had lunch at the canteen like other university students, attended the ‘Creative Problem Solving’ workshop led by a BUV lecturer, and had a tour of the university.
The more experiences you have, the less nervous you feel when thinking about your student life in the future. Be Ambitious!
