Prior to becoming a teacher, I worked in Canada for two years before returning and training as a lawyer. I then practised as a civil litigation lawyer in the UK for eight years. For two years, I was also the Company Secretary for an educational business involved in worldwide academic research. Prior to joining BISS, I worked as an EAL teacher at another school in Shanghai.
I enjoy the challenge of making English accessible to students of all levels. I am always thinking of ways to make learning English enjoyable and relevant to students’ lives.
