I began my teaching career in 2002 when I joined the History Department at Lagan College in Belfast. In addition to my academic responsibilities, I very much enjoyed the pastoral role I played as a Form Tutor, helping students transition from Primary to Secondary education, to university, and beyond.
I am passionate about teaching History, and I particularly enjoy the challenge of studying new topics and extending my understanding of world history. I also feel privileged to be able to inspire and be inspired by youthful, enquiring minds, in the pursuit of knowledge and personal development.
