I have been working in the education sector for 10 years, with the past 8 years being based in Shanghai. As an Early Years teacher, I place great emphasis on creating positive and nurturing environments in which students can grow and develop.
I believe that experiential learning promotes independence, critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and communication skills, and children should be allowed the space to try new and exciting things.
