I started teaching in Portugal in 2004, and at the same time I was professional football coach in the second and third Portuguese leagues. My team was national champion of the second league in 2007/2008 and 2010/2011. In 2016, I moved to China to be a Director of Football and Head Coach.
I very much enjoy teaching football, volleyball, basketball, and swimming across the school and helping our students’ development and happiness. I strongly believe that physical activity and sport contributes to the integral development of students, in their physical, psychological, social, cognitive, communicative, and ethical-moral dimensions, being a key part of their academic success.
