I was a professional sprinter for Great Britain and England for over twenty years. I competed in the 100m, 200m 400m and 4x100m relay, and I am Britain’s most decorated male athlete with a medal tally of 18. I am best known for being one of the four athletes who won gold in the 4x100m relay at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens.
I have a strong desire to learn more about the mind and enjoy reading research studies in psychology. I also use the Nord Anglia University resources to strengthen my knowledge further. I like to share this learning with the students, connecting the theory with my experience.
