After I graduated, I initially worked in IT but having developed a passion for teaching while tutoring in university, I changed careers and began teaching. This career is now 17 years long, having started in South Africa, I then moved to Korea but I have spent most of my teaching career here in China.
I enjoy developing a keen sense of logic in my students that can help them be rationally minded, and help lead them to use this knowledge to think critically and independently. Mathematics is simply a tool to help them foster this quality.
