I began teaching Mathematics in 2005, in my home country of Scotland. I made the move to China in 2012, teaching at several high performing international Schools such as BISS Puxi. I have spent time as a Year Leader and Department Head prior to my current role.
I am engaged in raising the standards of teaching and learning across the Secondary School. A key element of that is my work supporting our staff to develop and grow professionally through training, research and inquiry. I also work with our parents to improve communication between the school and home.
