What's your daily routine? Recently, Mandarin students in Year 9 dished about their day-to-day in a video that they planned and performed. Watch it above!
In the video, three friends have a conversation in fluent Mandarin, which they scripted using the vocabulary and sentence patterns they've been learning this term. On top of in-class practice, they also gathered outside of lessons to perfect their tones and pinyin (the official phonetic system for transcribing the Mandarin pronunciations of Chinese characters into the Latin alphabet).
Aubrey, Pablo and Aoife did a great job and said they enjoyed showcasing their growing knowledge of Mandarin.
