Dear Parents,
What a busy week we have had here at BIS Hanoi, and it looks set to be another busy weekend of activities.
Many thanks to all the community members who joined us for the BritCham Fun Run. A great time was had by all.
On Monday morning, we undertook a lockdown drill as part of our standard NAE Health and Safety Audit to test our policy and procedures for our clarity of response in an emergency situation. Our staff and students responded clearly and well, and as always, we learn and refine our systems to even further improve.
It was wonderful to hear our Secondary choir being chosen to perform at the UK and Commonwealth Service of Remembrance at Cua Bac Church today. Our students did us proud.
This weekend, we have our U15 FOBISIA Games in Thailand. We wish all our student athletes well as they compete in this amazing international competition with schools across the Asian region.
In addition, we are hosting the FOBISIA Model United Nations this weekend. Watch out for photos and updates of our students debating together the future of Asia.
Have a great weekend.
Kind regards,
Richard Vaughan
Principal
With students from over 30 nationalities, the festival was a colourful and immersive experience, offering a glimpse into different cultures through various forms of music, dance, and cuisine.
