Dear Parents,
Welcome back to all returning BIS families. I hope you have all had a restful break with time to enjoy yourselves as a family and to connect with one another.
It has been wonderful to welcome all our new students and their families to the BIS Hanoi family this week. In addition, we once again have a group of new teachers who have joined our staff team from various parts of the globe. We’re very excited to have all these new people be part of our international school community.
The year has gotten off to a great start. We have new families and new resources, which we will showcase and share with you in due course. We have new students and teachers who today were sorted into their new houses: Hanoi, Dalat, Saigon, and Hue! We have an action-packed year of enrichment that is being prepared for all.

We have had an action-packed agenda of inter-house activities, Christmas performances from Foundation Stage and Year 1, and today we had our Principal’s Award Assembly for the whole school.
I hope you have all had a good week and are beginning to get into the festive spirit ahead of the holiday season.
