Throughout Years 7-10, we've introduced Arabic Language Ambassadors for each year group, this not only cultivates students' leadership abilities but also aligns them with our school's vision of preparing students for the IB
stage. Recently, our students have been diving into the art of debating, showcasing their skills, and expressing their opinions with confidence in the Arabic language.
During our morning classes, we've incorporated the practice of morning Yoga to reinforce vocabulary and create a harmonious start to the day. Meanwhile, in other classes, students are challenging their peers to a delightful drawing contest. After listening to instructions in Arabic from their classmates, they unleash their creativity and draw the funniest faces, filling the room with laughter and joy!
في صفوف اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها يمارس طلابنا الكثير من فرص التّعلّم النّشط، معتمدون في تعلّمهم على العديد من الأنشطة التفاعليّة لتحقيق التّطور المطلوب منهم في ممارسة اللّغة المستهدفة، على سبيل المثال: خلال الأسبوعين السابقين استمتع طلابنا بممارسة نشاط المناظرة الذي يعتمد على التّواصل واستخدام اللغة بشكل أكبر، مُعبرين فيها عن آرائهم حول الموضوعات المختارة ومدافعين عن وجهات نظرهم.
كما تمّ تعزيز دور القيادة لدى طلابنا من خلال ترشيح سفير اللّغة العربيّة في كلّ صفّ دراسيّ، مما يعزز مهارات الطلبة القياديّة ويربطها مع رؤية المدرسة في تحضير الطّلبة لمرحلة الآي بي.
ومن الأنشطة التفاعلية أيضا استمتع الطّلاب بممارسة نشاط اليوغا الصباحيّة داخل صفوف اللغة العربيّة الذي ساهم في ممارسة وتثبيت المفردات الجديدة للدرس بشكل ممتع.
