Parents are invited to join the family picnic, festival-style activities, workshops, performances, community art project and souq on the school’s grounds, from 1:30am to 4:30pm (please note that busses will leave promptly at their regular time at 2:50pm).
The map shows the locations and timings of all activities on offer. As you can see there will be a lot of different activities to participate in, and we can’t wait to celebrate this day with you.
The following activities require a pre-sign up, so if you are interested to join any of these, please register through the links provided:
To ensure Primary teachers are aware of individual arrangements, including bussing, we ask all Primary parents to complete this permission form for each of your Primary children by Sunday, 19th March.
For parents of Secondary students that use the school bus, please also complete this form by Sunday, 19th March, so that we know your child’s intentions for that day.
To minimize waste, delicious, nutritious and sustainable lunch boxes will be available on a pre-order basis only and families are welcome to bring their own picnic lunch if they prefer (no nuts or pork please). Please submit your picnic pack order purchase to Sodexo through this form (one form per family).
If you are unable to join the activities, you may wish to send your child to school with some spending money on the day so they can buy some additional drinks or a fruit pop, visit the souq or participate in a paid activity (10AED – 30AED).
We look forward to welcoming Students and Parents dressed in Blue and Green, the colours of our planet and be sure to bring a mat and a reusable bottle for all as drinks will be sold from dispensers only.
We look forward to welcoming you on the day!
