Preparations are well under way for this year’s National Day celebration event on Wednesday, 27th November, which promises to be an exciting family day for the whole school.
There will be a variety of food outlets available for you to enjoy, including food trucks, Emirati food stands, and a BBQ.
In addition, our school caterers ADNH Compass are offering a Picnic Pack which can be pre-ordered. Please click here to download the pre-order form, and take the completed form to the Primary Canteen by Thursday 21st November, with the corresponding amount of money.
You are also welcome to bring your own picnic lunch (no nuts or pork please).
Further information on what you can expect on the day will be coming soon, so stay tuned!
Last week, Mrs. Stanier, our Head of Humanities, had the pleasure of accompanying three of our amazing students: Tia and Renad from Year 12, and Turkan from Year 10, to Houston, Texas, to take part in the NAE UNICEF summit. We were thrilled to be hosted by one of our Nord Anglia schools, The Village School in Houston, the first Child-Friendly City in the US recognised by UNICEF. The Village School is a boarding school, so the students got to experience what life was like as a boarding student there for the week.
