Students and staff pay their respect on Remembrance Day
Remembrance Day or Poppy Day is a memorial day observed since the end of the First World War to remember the members of the armed forces who have died in the line of duty and all the people effected by the war.
WW1 formally ended on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month in 1918.
