Our Year 12 student, Matilda, has won the 'UAE Young Journalist Award 2019,' a competition run by The National and The British Embassy. This year’s award focused on the Year of Tolerance and Matilda's submission, An Enduring Paradox, was the winning piece within the UAE.
Kenken International Championship is the GCC’s largest mathematical puzzle competition. Kenken is a grid-based numerical puzzle that uses the basic Math operations— addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division and also challenges one’s logic and problem-solving skills.
Preparations are well under way for this year’s National Day celebration event on Wednesday 27th November, which promises to be an exciting family day for the whole school.
