Congratulations to senior, Divyesh Khatri, who has been named one of 621 semifinalists in the 2020 U.S. Presidential Scholars Program. The semifinalists were selected from nearly 5,600 candidates expected to graduate from U.S. high schools in the year 2020.
Nord Anglia Education launched a brand-new podcast series called A Little Bit of Genius. In this series, student hosts discuss the theme of creativity with fascinating guests in a number of diverse fields. Nord Anglia’s podcast series is just one of the many incredible opportunities that we offer to students to ensure their education inspires them.
The Village School had 43 art recognitions between the middle and high school who won either a Gold Key, Silver Key, or Honorable Mention in the 2019-2020 Scholastic Art Competition!
On Sunday, January 20th, 13 Village Vikings will give their all in Houston’s annual marathon. These 9 students and 4 teachers are proud to collect donations on behalf of The Arbor School, an intensive educational program for any child with developmental delays, through the Run for a Reason charity program.

Jet Tila, American celebrity chef and LA restaurateur visited Village today and gave an amazing cooking demonstration for our students. Chef Tila is currently the chef of The Charleston and Pakpao Thai and has appeared on Chopped, Cutthroat Kitchen, Iron Chef America, and The Best Thing I Ever Ate.
