Package information, fees, and insurance
Junior Games Student Package
From hotels to hospitality, we have ensured that your child’s needs will be met throughout the entire event.
Our Junior Games package includes the following:
- Round trip flight transportation and baggage fees as well as bus transfers to/from Orlando airport
- Round trip ground transportation to Orlando for North Broward Preparatory students.
- Daily bus service in Orlando from hotels to Windermere Preparatory School and to evening activities
- Hotel accommodation (except for Windermere Prep students)
- Overnight private security guards at the hotels
- Meals beginning with dinner on Monday, April 28 through breakfast on Friday, May 2.
- Nightly entertainment: SeaWorld after hours, Main Event/Dave & Buster’s, Disney’s Magic Kingdom
- Junior Games uniform t-shirts, headbands, sweatshirt, luggage tag, and swag bag
- Mobile Event App
- Chaperone fee
