I have had the pleasure of teaching for several years, in numerous countries in many different roles and am really looking forward to taking up my position at Northbridge as DP Coordinator. I originally trained as an English and Performing Arts teacher and have since completed qualifications in both counselling and educational leadership in both New Zealand and the UK. I firmly believe in the importance of cultivating and maintaining positive relationships in a community as it is only when we all feel valued and supported that we can take risks and challenge ourselves both personally and in our learning journeys. I have moved to Cambodia with my family and enjoy walking the dog, exploring different cultures and of course, reading!
