I’m a Science and Mathematics teacher with a professional background in business and management consulting within the Health & Fitness industry prior to studying education. It is my belief that educating young people at this unique time in history is a privilege. My intent is to develop young learners who are able to articulate what it is to be well-educated, who understand the responsibility of receiving a great education and who insist on living ethically and purposefully. My hope is to equip them with the knowledge, emotional intelligence and creative skills to become resilient, compassionate, critical thinking leaders, ready to fulfil their potential as global citizens. Outside of school, I am a qualified fitness instructor and teach yoga and pilates classes as well as participating in my own physical training. Although this is my first international teaching position, I enjoy traveling for leisure and have been thankful for the opportunity to explore parts of South-East Asia during my time at NISC.
