I have been teaching Design and Technology for fourteen years and NISC is my fifth International school. I began teaching after a successful career in the Aircraft and Engineering fields and decided to stay. I believe in my subject and really enjoy the tactile and design elements coupled with manufacturing opportunities.
I have taught IGCSE, BTEC and the MYP over my career as well as delivered the IB diploma in the last 6 years. I have also administered and run the Duke of Edinburgh Award and lead cross curricular Tai chi, Sailing, Canoeing Cooking and others. In my spare time I like to read and cook, I also love the outdoors and really enjoy rambling and canoeing the rivers of the UK.
Qualifications: BSC Construction Management, Leeds Metropolitan University. PGCE Design Technology.
