TEACHERS & STAFF

Alejandra Arreaga

Secondary Inclusion (SENCO) teacher
Alan Foster - Alejandra Arreaga

As a SENCO teacher, I am a firm believer that every student is capable of learning if given the necessary tools. Hence, I seek to transform the way my students see learning by helping them become more confident and independent as they grow in autonomy, while making them feel seen, cared for, and loved.

I am originally from Guatemala but have been living abroad for over 10 years. My background in Psychology and Special Education has allowed me to connect with students from a variety of cultural backgrounds, learning needs, and ages. So far, my love for teaching and cultures have led me to live and teach at schools in the US, Guatemala, Spain, and Kenya, and I am very excited to be adding Cambodia and Northbridge to the list soon!

Beyond the classroom, I truly enjoy volunteering in community outreach projects, hiking, doing Pilates, traveling, and going to concerts.
