Summer Residentials Develop Leadership at all Levels
Nord Anglia University recently brought together leaders from across our family of schools for an inspiring week of new thinking, creative ideas, and reflection on how we can support our students and teachers to reach the highest levels of performance.
Nord Anglia University’s leadership programme residentials recently took place at the University of Warwick in the UK. Bringing together over fifty middle and senior leaders from across our family of schools with external experts, the residentials were an inspiring week of new thinking, creative ideas and reflection on how we can support our students and teachers to reach the highest levels of performance.
We believe in developing leadership at all levels of our organisation. Designed exclusively for Nord Anglia University, our blended-learning leadership programmes for our people. The recent summer residentials were a great opportunity for our middle and senior leaders to get together to share their insights, experiences and challenges, and to hear from world-leading experts such as Olympian Sarah Winckless, curriculum expert Dale Bassett, and David Weston from the Teacher Development Trust.
One delegate commented: “I have taken so much away with me that I can use as part of my current role. Being part of a network and learning from others has been fantastic."
Our leadership programmes are a key part of our commitment to ensuring that all Nord Anglia Education schools have high quality leadership and are at the forefront of educational thinking. Through our bespoke professional development community, Nord Anglia University, we unite the expertise of our people around the world and support their professional development through a rich programme of formal and informal learning opportunities.
