Completion Of Sale Of Leapfrog Nurseries

On 17 September 2007 the Board of Nord Anglia Education plc ('Nord Anglia') announced that the shareholders of Nord Anglia had approved in an Extraordinary General Meeting the sale of Nord Anglia's Nursery division, Leapfrog Nurseries, to Busy Bees, a subsidiary of A.B.C. Learning Centres Limited.

On 17 September 2007 the Board of Nord Anglia Education plc ('Nord Anglia') announced that the shareholders of Nord Anglia had approved in an Extraordinary General Meeting the sale of Nord Anglia's Nursery division, Leapfrog Nurseries, to Busy Bees, a subsidiary of A.B.C. Learning Centres Limited.

The board is pleased to announce that this transaction has completed today.
