Adam joins us from the UK, where he has built an outstanding reputation as a school leader, transforming secondary schools into some of the highest-performing in the country. His arrival marks an exciting new chapter for our secondary school, and we cannot wait for you and your children to meet him.
Adam brings a wealth of experience from his impressive career in secondary education in the UK, where he served as a school principal, executive leader, National Leader of Education and trained Ofsted inspector. He brings real expertise and a clear, practical view of what great education looks like - and how to make it happen.
He has led high-achieving schools, mentored school leaders, and worked at the national level to raise education standards in the UK. With a passion for student success, he has helped thousands of young people excel academically and develop the confidence, resilience and skills to thrive in an ever-changing world. His leadership has not only delivered exceptional academic results but has also fostered school environments where ambition, innovation, wellbeing and personal growth are at the heart of learning.
