Dear Parents,
Championing Balmoral, Caernarfon, Sandringham and Windsor!
At our school, the House System is helping each person to feel a sense of belonging to one of our houses, building a strong sense of connection and community across year groups. This structure is designed to encourage camaraderie, teamwork, and a shared identity that goes beyond classrooms, bringing students together across diverse backgrounds and interests.
This week our children have been in House Assemblies throughout the week to champion their house, think about how they contribute to the wider house team and, when we work together, we achieve so much more collectively.
The House System here provides opportunities for students to engage in friendly competition, support one another, and celebrate each other’s successes. Whether in sports or creative pursuits, our house events nurture resilience, leadership, and integrity. Through working toward shared goals, students learn essential life skills such as collaboration, respect, and empathy.
We support our children to be leaders and encourage them to support each other by embracing their roles within their houses. Being an active part of this system helps students develop confidence, form lasting friendships, and build a stronger character. Please do talk to your children about their house assemblies and show them how they can help their house to be champions.
Have a great week ahead,
