A very warm welcome,

It gives me great pleasure to introduce you to our school. Nord Anglia International School, Hong Kong is part of Nord Anglia Education (NAE), a family of 84 premium international schools in 33 countries. Our shared vision is that all members of the school community, staff as well as students, should “Be Ambitious”. There is no limit to what can be achieved, and with our individual approach to learning for every child, our students are able to achieve their potential. We believe that your child will achieve more than is possible in any other school, in an environment where they enjoy learning and feel safe and confident to participate, make mistakes and have fun.

Opportunities abound for our students to excel not just in the classroom but also in the swimming pool or on the sports field, with a musical instrument in hand, or via project-based learning thanks to one of our world-class educational collaborations (which include MIT, Juilliard and UNICEF). We have a diverse range of after school clubs and enrichment activities. As members of NAE our students have access to the exciting Global Campus network, connecting schools and students around the world in collaborative learning experiences and global challenges.

From 2 to 18 years old, we offer a rigorous, balanced learning experience based on the English National Curriculum with ‘added-value’. Free from the restrictions of having to follow a single syllabus, our teachers and leaders consistently devise ways to enrich the core curriculum, stretching and challenging our learners in every lesson.  Post-16, we offer the world-leading IB Diploma, often regarded as the ‘perfect’ preparation for university study. It provides a broad yet demanding curriculum, with emphasis on self-directed study through the extended essay and its enrichment programme, CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service).

Our teachers are drawn from the very best world-wide and are committed to nurturing and inspiring every child they care for. We support them to do this through world-class professional development, supported by Nord Anglia University, and through collaboration and the sharing of international best practice. We continually enhance the technology used to support learning and develop our facilities to ensure we have the very best learning environments for all our students.
