Dear Parents 

I hope this finds you well. 

We are aware that some families will be relocating at the end of the Autumn Term (Term 1). If this applies to your family, please note that you need to give written notice to school on or before 31st October 2022 in order to have the Term 2 and Term 3 fees and the Security Deposit refunded in full.

Families who wish to leave during, or at the end of Spring Term (Term 2) must also give notice by 31st October, 2022.

Families who wish to leave during the Summer Term (Term 3) must give notice on or before 31st January 2023.

You will find a copy of our withdrawal policy attached to this email. Notice can be given by sending an email to: admissions@britishschool.org.cn.
