Dear Parents
We are sure you are aware, the Amiri Diwan and the Ministry of Education and Higher Education has announced that the Eid holiday will begin on Sunday 1st May and end on Monday 9th May. Compass will be following the instructions of this announcement as required. Therefore, the first day back at school after Eid will now be Tuesday 10th May.
For students in Year 11, Year 12 and Year 13 students who are sitting their external IGCSE, AS, A Level or IB examinations these will continue as timetabled during the holiday period. There will be no changes to this schedule as it is set internationally by examination boards and cannot be moved.
After the Eid holiday on Tuesday 10th May, we will be returning to the pre-Ramadan normal school hours as planned. Your Headteacher/Head of Campus will send further full details towards the end of this holiday period.
