The spotlight of this week is the New Facilities and Upgrades of our school this year. Besides, we have the news on the House Monologue Challenge results and activities from the Juilliard School.
Our school began work on a series of projects over the summer and have completed these over the past few weeks. Students will be very excited when they see the improved facilities.
It is vital to address children’s wellbeing at all stages of virtual school to ensure that they stay motivated, keep learning and most importantly continue to thrive during these difficult times.

The 1st of October marks the beginning Black History Month in the UK which was also last week’s Project Day theme, organized by the Student Parliament.
Our University Guidance Counsellor (Ms.Colleen Usher) has been working closely with other NAE sister schools in Vietnam to organize a series of Virtual University Webinars with universities around the world.

KS3 had an English literature and Art project day on Friday 15th October where they read and interpreted Ted Hugh's novel The iron man, to create their own illustrations and storyboards.
Minh Anh is one of the students who have been studying at BVIS Hanoi since the first days of the school's establishment. Recently, the book ‘Woman in Science’ by Rachel Ignotofsky has been translated by Minh Anh and was officially published. This has been the second book that Minh Anh translated, after ‘The Mistakes That Worked’ which was published in 2018.
