Each class designed a carnival game and the children will take turns operating their booth and playing carnival games hosted by their classmates. Parents and students can purchase coupons to play the games and all monies raised will be contributed to Surfers Against Sewage, one of the Royal couple’s chosen charities.
The mission of Surfer’s Against Sewage connects to many of our primary school students’ learning objectives this year which centered around sustainability and global citizenship.
Children will also be able to record their wedding and marriage advice for the royal couple, which will be sent to the newlyweds after the wedding.
Weather permitting, the event will be held outside in the school courtyard and lower playground. It will be relocated inside the school in the case of bad weather.
