Established in 1978 as the Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy, IMG Academy has grown into a global leader in sports education. Today, it offers a comprehensive range of on-campus and online programs, supporting student-athletes throughout their developmental journey from exploration to specialisation to graduation. IMG Academy has also announced its collaboration with Nord Anglia Education and BISS!
IMG Academy provides:
- Boarding school and camps on its cutting-edge campus in Bradenton, Florida
- IMG Academy+ online coaching with a focus on personal development through the lens of sport and performance
- NCSA College Recruiting, providing tools, coaching and access to a network of 78 percent of all college programs and 40,000 college coaches
- IMG Academy is unique in its role, directly contributing to filling one-quarter of all college roster spots annually. In 2021 alone, IMG Academy helped place 30,000 students into college.

How will this collaboration benefit our students?
The NAE-IMG collaboration is still being developed, but students, families, and staff can expect significant benefits. Beginning in 2024, BISS staff will receive unique training and professional development in sports and wellness, which will directly impact student learning.
How has BISS connected with IMG already?
Mike Ostrowski, Director of the IMG/NAE Collaboration, visited BISS during the 2023-24 school year to explore future collaboration opportunities. Additionally, Marlon Devonish from BISS was selected as a member of the IMG/NAE Advisory Committee, contributing to the development of the long-term collaboration plan.
What excites you about this unique collaboration?
The most exciting aspect of this collaboration is the opportunity to provide NAE students worldwide with cutting-edge information on mental focus, well-being, and sports performance from a global leader in these fields. As a member of the IMG/NAE Advisory Committee, I am thrilled to share my Olympic experiences and learn from the world’s leading sports education brand. As this collaboration develops, the opportunities for our student-athletes will expand, marking an exciting time ahead for P.E. and sports at BISS!
