On Thursday 2 November and Friday 3 November, students were welcomed into the first Book Fair of the school year. With both Blue Fountain and Obido book companies represented, our students had access to a wide range of new books, catering to all needs and wants. From Minecraft to Exploring the World, there was something for everybody and the Fair was a resounding success.
Beaming faces could be seen throughout Stage One and The Gallery, as children laughed and giggled with friends over new books. Teachers from across the school also felt enticed by the scent of new books; many could be found searching through the range across both rooms. Our Book Fairs are a way of bringing to life an engagement and love of reading for our students, which they can share with friends, family and teachers. Seeing so many children happy and excited by new books, and sharing their recommendations and discoveries, truly inspires us!
