Stephen Dunn, Juilliard Curriculum Specialist at BISB

On Monday and Tuesday this week we had our first visit of the year from Stephen Dunn, our Juilliard Curriculum Specialist. 

During his visit he taught workshops for parents and teachers and he also taught some classes from both the primary and the secondary school.  Everyone was able to take part in creating their own music and loved the Juilliard 'hands on' approach. 
Parents, teachers and students alike were able to direct Stephen, Miss Howarth and Mrs. Hatinova whilst they performed a piece of music and were then able to have a go at creating and performing themselves.
