Staff Leaving BISB 2017

Nord Anglia Education group (NAE) now has 45 schools and we have a policy of “Growing our Own” leaders. We offer staff a significant professional Development which supports their career progression to promoted posts both within and outside the group. We encourage our teachers to broaden and deepen their teaching experience and take on new or different responsibilities, to be ambitious.

We always have mixed feelings when staff leave us: we are excited for them and their new adventures whilst sad to see them go. We have a number of staff who are moving on this year,
