I'm a Seoulite who traded Kimchi for Phở a number of years ago. I have a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and I’m passionate about education, which led me to earn a master’s degree in Education Policy from the University of Illinois, US.

I have accumulated a vast range of experiences in my career to date, including teaching high school students to ace their exams for US University Admissions, being a Headteacher for a decade, and interning at the UN Human Rights Advisory Committee in Geneva and the Marketing Department of Boeing in Seoul! I have also worked as an interpreter, translator, International Conference host, and children’s English radio show host!

Before joining BIS Hanoi, I worked as an economy researcher at KOTRA, the Embassy of Commerce, South Korea. Now, I'm thrilled to be this school's University Administration Manager and Korean Liaison.

When I'm not helping families to navigate university paperwork, you'll find me jamming to music, burying my nose in a good book, out on the tennis court, or catching waves (or noodles!) with my two amazing daughters. I've explored over 20 countries, am English-Korean bilingual, and even dabble in some French and Vietnamese.
