I joined BIS Hanoi in August 2024, following enjoyable teaching experiences at Wilmslow High School in the UK and the International Community School of Amman in Jordan. Throughout my teaching career, I've had the privilege of working with diverse age groups and curricula across different corners of the globe. 

I’m thrilled to bring my passion for languages and cultures to BIS Hanoi. I believe that languages are not only tools of communication, but gateways to new worlds, a sentiment captured by the Czech proverb: "You live a new life for every language you speak." 

I love inspiring students to embrace the transformative power of languages and I encourage them to explore and connect with the world around them; an essential element to becoming a Global Citizen. 

In my free time, I indulge in my love for travel, immersing myself in new cultures and languages. I’m also a firm believer in the adage "Mens sana in corpore sano," prioritising fitness and well-being as key components of a balanced lifestyle.
