Since joining BIS Hanoi in 2020, I’ve worked in Year 5 and Year 3, and currently lead PSHE across the Primary school. Before moving to Hanoi, I was a Year 5 teacher in Taunton, UK, for 2 years. My love for Asian culture, travel and cuisine began when I worked as a teaching assistant at two international schools in Malaysia and China.

The welcoming community and enthusiastic students makes BIS Hanoi a fantastic place to teach. I'm passionate about supporting students’ emotional wellbeing and developing their oracy skills, which allows them to take part effectively in a range of activities and improve their learning. I also lead the Primary Student Council, which has the crucial role of facilitating student voice, leadership and confidence.

In my spare time, I enjoy exploring the streets, cafes and restaurants of Hanoi, as well as learning about Vietnamese culture and traditions.
