Our Parent Portal (ISAMs) gives you access to your child’s learning journey, including their school report.
If you're new to Parent Portal, please read the information below to register and get started. We've also produced a short video explaining how to access your child’s report once you've successfully logged into Parent Portal.

Are you using the ISAMs Parent Portal for the first time?
You should have received an email from the school with your registration number and temporary password. The email will contain a link to register your email address and set up a new password. If you haven't received this email, please contact the Primary Office on 024 3946 0435 (ext. 220) or email primaryoffice@bishanoi.com. Alternatively, you can contact the Secondary Office on 024 3946 0435 (ext. 172) or email secondaryoffice@bishanoi.com.
Please remember, you only need to register once.
How do I reset my password or find my username?
Go to the Parent Portal login screen and click "Forgotten your details?" If you're still having difficulties, please contact either our Primary or Secondary Office.
Can I get a printed copy of my child's report?
BIS Hanoi is an eco-friendly school, and we're committed to reducing the amount of printed paper we use. We, therefore, do not normally provide a printed copy of student reports. However, we can provide printed copies (with a stamp) for those students who need it. Your request for a printed report should be made, via the form in the ISAMs Parent Portal, at least seven days before you need it.
