On Saturday, May 25th, the "1st Vietnam Korean Youth Art Competition" hosted by the Hanoi Branch of the Korean Federation of Arts was a remarkable success, drawing over 260 students and parents to celebrate young artistic talent.
The competition featured two themes: "Family" for Primary students and "Metaverse" or "Relationship between AI and humans" for Secondary students. The artwork was judged on five criteria: Purity, Creativity, Understanding, Technicality, and Sincerity.
BIS Hanoi students stood out with their exceptional creations. Hyolim (Year 7) won the grand prize, Yeseo (Year 7) secured the silver prize, and Yena (Year 7) earned the bronze prize in the Upper Elementary (Grades 4-6) category. Additionally, Roun (Year 4) achieved the grand prize in the Lower Elementary (Grades 1-3) category.
The winning works will be submitted and exhibited at the Art Fair hosted by the Korea Federation of Arts in the second half of the year, showcasing the talents of our students on an international stage.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the competition and congratulate our students on their outstanding achievements.
