BIS Hanoi students celebrate King Charles III Coronation

This week, we celebrated the Coronation of King Charles III in red, white and blue across our whole school. Our dedicated faculty team and support staff decorated the corridors and the canteen with the Union Jack and also King Charles Coronation special bunting.

To make the celebration become even more special, our Primary students created their own royal crowns while learning about the royal family. There were lots of beautiful designs and the children absolutely enjoyed wearing them everywhere. The crown collection is now on display outside the Primary classrooms.

At lunch time, the whole school was treated to a special coronation lunch, which included signature British treats like fish & chips and a Victoria sponge cake. Mr. Vaughan, our Principal, also joined us for lunch.

As a British International School, we are thrilled to be able to celebrate the coronation of King Charles and learn about the Royal Family.
