Dear Parents,
My thanks to all the parents who joined me for the Principal’s Coffee Morning this past Tuesday. I hope you found it informative to see the big picture of where we are and where we are going forward in our journey as a school community. If you were unable to attend this time, please refer to the recent email with the slides that I discussed for further reference.
This week, we welcomed Year 9 parents in for Parents' Evening to get updates on the progress of their children. We also had another sleepover for our Year 6 students in Primary. A lot of fun had by all. During the week, we welcomed some visitors to school to enrich our provision, including our visiting author Nicola Davies, who shared her stories with primary students, and Tania Hakkim, who joined us from the Juilliard School in New York to deliver drama sessions to our staff and students in secondary.
Next week, we will be wishing our U13 FOBISIA teams well as they head off to compete in Thailand at the regional games. Go Lionhearts! World Book Day is being celebrated on Thursday, March 2. I wonder what your favorite book is.

We have had an action-packed agenda of inter-house activities, Christmas performances from Foundation Stage and Year 1, and today we had our Principal’s Award Assembly for the whole school.
I hope you have all had a good week and are beginning to get into the festive spirit ahead of the holiday season.
Thank you to all families who joined us to be entertained with our Secondary theatre production of A Little Shop of Horrors this week.
From Sunday onwards, we have had our CIS/WASC visiting team here at school. This has been a great opportunity to share all the wonderful things that we are providing for our students across all sections and to gain further insight and ideas to help us improve even further.
